Important Credit Policy
Each attendee may request CE credit for a session either as a Live session OR as an OnDemand session — not both.
Once you submit a credit request for a session (whether watched live or watched OnDemand), you cannot submit another request for that same session in a different format.
- One CE credit request per session
- No duplicate credit requests for both Live and OnDemand formats
Please review your attendance carefully before submitting your CE request.
How to Receive CE Credits
To earn CE credit, you must:
- Watch the full session
- Complete individual session evaluations in Survey Magnet for each session you attended
- Complete the Overall Conference Evaluation
- Complete the “Request CE Credits” task
Once these steps are completed, CE certificate(s) will be automatically generated in the system showing the number of credits you’ve earned. You will then be able to download your certificate.
Accessing Survey Magnet:
From the conference homepage by clicking “Evaluations” on the left navigation panel
Or, visit Survey Magnet directly
Use the same login credentials as the conference platform. If you need assistance logging in, check your welcome email or contact support@cadmiumcd.com.
Reporting Instructions by Accreditation Provider
Once you have downloaded your certificate, follow these steps based on your accrediting body:
- Certified Public Health (CPH): Self-report your contact hours on the CPH Recertification and Reporting System portal.
- CHES/MCHES: IHA reports credits to NCHEC on a quarterly basis (January 15, April 15, July 15, October 15).
- CME and NASW: IHA will report your credit by June 13, 2025.
- Nurses (CNE): Nurses should maintain their own records of contact hours earned. Be sure to keep a copy of your certificate for licensure renewal or certification purposes.
- Librarians (MLA): Instead of receiving a certificate, you will receive a specific enrollment code to claim your credit through MEDLIB-ED, MLA’s online learning platform.
